How to make a cake step by step (chocolate cake )

 step-by-step guide to make a chocolate cake: the perfect and most craved chocolate cake 



Ingredients:

- 1 and ¾ cups all-purpose flour

- 1 and ¾ cups granulated sugar

- ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- 1 and ½ teaspoons baking powder

- 1 and ½ teaspoons baking soda

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 2 eggs

- 1 cup buttermilk

- ½ cup vegetable oil

- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

- 1 cup hot water


Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.


Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.


Step 3: Add eggs, buttermilk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until the batter is smooth and well combined.


Step 4: Gradually add the hot water to the batter, mixing continuously. The batter will be thin, but that's okay.


Step 5: Pour the batter evenly into the prepared cake pans.


Step 6: Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.


Step 7: Remove the cakes from the oven and allow them to cool in the pans for about 10 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.


Step 8: Once the cakes are completely cool, you can frost and decorate them with your choice of icing or toppings.
