- Oil for frying (vegetable or peanut oil works well)

For the sauce:

- 1/4 cup of gochujang (Korean red chili paste)

- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce

- 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar

- 2 tablespoons of honey

- 2 cloves of garlic, minced

- 1 green onion, thinly sliced

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper.

2. Coat each piece of chicken in the flour mixture, pressing it on firmly to create a thick coating.

3. Heat the oil in a deep fryer or a heavy-bottomed pot to 350°F (175°C).

4. Carefully place the coated chicken pieces into the hot oil and fry for about 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and fully cooked.
